Rand the overall Outreach and Communications team supporting USAID - Jordan to develop, maintain, expand and execute all strategic and day to day on-ground, digital, social communications and brand communications and campaigns.

My role has a fourfold function, the first of which covers the oversight of Bidaya’s Client Servicing and Media divisions operations, not only in terms of work delivery and maintaining client satisfaction but also includes planning, forecasting, and system development on local, regional and international levels. The second function revolves around the strategic advisory to all of Bidaya’s clientele, reviewing, development, consulting and execution of current and future corporate strategies on both the external and internal fronts of communications.The third function is that of a supporting role to the Event’s Management department as my ongoing experience in event conceptualization, design/production, budgeting, planning and execution is utilized to support and at times run contracted events. The fourth and most crucial function lies solely with the managerial aspect of the position, as part of the Senior Management Team alongside 1 other Director and the CEO , the running, planning, and growing of the Bidaya business which includes budgeting, dash-boarding, strategizing, pricing and decision making are at the core of my responsibilities.
