Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies My responsibilities was to manage and follow up all activities related to Imports and Imports Planning, General purchasing form local vendor, request of quote, issue PO, daily reports, Forwarding change requests to relevant buyers, including Landed cost, Communication with bonded ware House at the time of In-Bond and Ex bond. Make the Landed cost sheet and GRN of every shipment. To arrange Transportation from Port to Factory and Bonded ware house.. Support to Treasury Department where needed making of Pay orders & cheques.Discuss with shipping companies freight rate of all FOB & Ex-work shipment. EIF, Form E filling in WeBoc/PSW . Assist Export process with consignee to term and condition and follow shipment till to arrive at consignee. Assist logistic process from port to factory and plan finished good items send to our distributors all over the country. Negotiate price with term with suppliers/ vendor and freight forwarders. Build relationships within the company with vendors/supplier and forwarders
