Strategic thinker who can plan and implement sales, marketing, and business initiatives to support corporate objectives.➢ Responsible for Study of tender document, Review of the bid documents, technical specifications of EPC Tender, scope of work and preparation of proposal for bid / quote.➢ Co-ordination with Client for project related documentation like P&ID, Instrument layouts, Instrument index, Loop diagram, Hook-up diagram, Safe-charts, I/O lists, Datasheets, Cable schedule etc.➢ Project management including Project Planning, preparation of purchase specifications, Material inspection, Procurement, Material & Manpower handling, Documentation control, coordinate with site team and customer for the smooth & successful completion of project.➢ Prepare the final BOM as per PO and coordinate with procurement team.➢ Manpower handling and manage the manpower.➢ Complete the project within specified period.➢ Techno commercial offer preparation for various type of instruments like Pressure Gauges, Diaphragm Seals, Level Gauges, Orifice flange assembly, RTD, Thermocouple, Temperature Gauges, Thermowell and other instruments accessories.➢ Selection of Honeywell Pressure transmitter Model Nos. STA-700/800, STG-700/800, STD-700/800, STF, STT-700/800 etc.➢ Sizing and selection of Yokogawa Magnetic Flow Meters (AXG), Vortex Flow meter (Digital YEWFLO Series), Rota Meter (Glass/metal tube Type), Coriolis Flow meter (ROTAMASS).➢ Sizing of Orifice Plate using Rosemount’s “Instrument Toolkit” sizing software.➢ Selection of Wika/Ashcroft Pressure Gauges, Temperature Gauges, Diaphragm Seals, Pressure/temperature Switches and appropriate Block & Bleed Valves.➢ Selection of various brands pressure/Temperature/Level & Flow Instruments as per customer’s requirement and prepare the best technical-Commercial offer.➢ Arrange/Attend meetings at client's premise.➢ Track the Project progress Daily/Weekly/Monthly and raise the invoice/billing to client.➢ Co-ordinate with purchase and logistic dept. for timely procure and deliver the material at site.➢ Acquire the signed project completion report from customer and submit to the management.➢ Outsource the best possible prices from reputable vendors around the globe.
