I have learnt so much while working here and my biggest achievement was being promoted from team member to supervisor. I was managing a team of 3 people, so this was something exciting for me and I was up for this challenging role which I think I have done really well. From my previous work experience I had learnt a lot which helped me here as well such as dealing with customers and working in a fast environment so I found this job really exciting as I knew what was expected of me.The best part of my job was that I was not standing all day as rather I was helping my staff all the time such as from making pizzas, curries, serving customers at the till, answering phone calls, dealing with customer complaints and maximising sales

I have gained valuable customer service experience and communication skills while working at a restaurant for 2 years, such as communication as key when dealing with customers whether it is face to face or over the phone. This way being a waiter I have learnt how to provide best customer service to ensure that they come back to the restaurant. This is something I loved doing as the roles and responsibilities which I had to do was greeting customers when they coming in to make them feel comfortable and also taking the orders as well as ensuring that they get the right drinks and food. It’s a really fast working environment so I learnt how to be quick at whatever I am doing as this really helped me to adapt to this fast working environment and I believe I have settled well as this skill is really important to have wherever you are working.
