CURRENT SUMMARY OF MY WORK: ADMINISTRATIVE JOBS – FOR (OFFSHORE EMPLOYEES)Responsible for the recruitment and mobilization / demobilization of offshore Diving personnel to and from offshore working facilities, in conjunction with the support roles associated with the offshore personnel i.e. Travel arrangements, timesheets and logistics.• Development, maintenance and management of offshore personnel logistics roster• Booking of helicopter, travel, accommodation, transfer and associated travel logistics for Offshore personnel• Liaise with the Offshore Administrators and Crewing and Logistics team to ensure that all crew movements are accurately recorded• Plan and implement travel logistics of crew mobilizing to/from site• Applications of Visas for International Offshore personnel • Reconcile travel and accommodation invoices with register of bookings made for payment approval• Liaison with Training & HSE Department to ensure logistics are coordinated for necessary Project training & Competency prior to personnel mobilization offshore• General administration tasks• Any other ad hoc activities as directed by the Crew Scheduling Supervisor or HR Manager

Review their CVs / Resumes and HSE Certificates with valid diving medical and send to our clients for approval. preparing their Employment Contracts, their mobilization to Barges and on different projects in Offshore, and demobilizations from barges to base or their native countries etc. etc. Arranging their safety courses (like Sea Survival, Fire Fighting, First Aid, H2S, diving Medical and ADMA / ZADCO induction Courses etc.). Arranging their Seaman and Marine Visas to Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia etc. Security Passes and all administrative jobs including leave settlement and all correspondence to client and different departments.Also prepare LPO’s of Air Tickets, check and clear the invoices of the hotels and travels and telly with our records. Also preparing Monthly Time sheets of the employees(staff) and Marine Crew. Maintaining Filing System of the office. Capable to operate / use all Office equipment.
