In my eCommerce practice, I told internet trolls accountable for defamation, I help influencers launch and commercials their brands, and rep SaaS/tech companies. In my corporate practice, I represent entrepreneurs in forming, growing, selling, and buying businesses. I litigate Internet defamation cases, commercial disputes, trade secrets, board/shareholder disputes, and other commercial litigation matters, in state and federal courts nationally (pro hac vice).
