-Partnered with the Product Intelligence teams of 2 collaborative apps and worked hands-on on Client Engagements in Improving Customer Retention, Data-Driven Feature Enhancements, KPI Development, App Engagement and User Satisfaction-New User Acquisition: Conducted an analysis to track the new user journey on the app and identified the primary UI enhancements required to enrich the app experience. Enabled near real time tracking of new user drop offs across acquisition funnel stages i.e., app installation, authentication, sign-in and app launch, enabling quick responses and product modifications to ensure seamless onboarding.-Feature Funnels: Defined and established reports with a funnel-based measuring framework to identify& measure critical drop-offs across features. This led to app ui complexity reduction and enhanced ux.
