I own a cottage food operation, Red Cookie Co LLC. I produce cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and pies according to state regulated cottage food guidelines. I participate in local farmers markets, have holiday themed pre-orders, and complete custom orders. Items include specialty cakes, character cakes, fondant and buttercream cakes, decorated sugar cookies, decorated chocolate cookies, drop cookie, and macarons.

I joined Key Rehab as the Receptionist in August of 2014. My job duties included answering a multi-line phone system, transferring our clinic from a paper system to an EMR, building our company within the EMR, managing a 10 therapist schedule, scheduling patients, collection of co-pays, billing insurance, collecting and posting payments, and tracking therapist locations and billable hours within the school system. As the Office Manager, my current position includes insurance billing, patient statements, collections, overseeing the front office staff, oversight of a 17 therapist schedule, communication with insurance companies, IT, network maintenance, assisting the Administrator in day to day activities, maintaining the necessary logs and certifications needed on each therapist for insurance purposes, and credentialing of new and existing therapists.

As a patient care technician, I was responsible for administering and monitoring dialysis treatments on anywhere from 5 to 13 patients a day, making the bicarb and acid needed to run treatments, monitoring vital signs, charting all information from each treatment, and checking stock.

I was cross trained in each clerical position for back up purposes. I transferred to wherever needed with ease. Duties included managing a multi-line phone system, data entry, skip tracing, maintaining basic office equipment, and dot matrix printer maintenance.
