I gladly assist with the employee life cycle at Workiva. Helping to communicate with new hires, send their background checks, first day emails, and meet with them to complete any required paperwork. I have the opportunity to learn and create employment agreements for countries outside of the US. Along with the responsibility to see new hires through their first week and ensure they have a great experience. I work with my team on making job changes and data updates in our HRIS system, Workday. When an employee turns in their resignation, I communicate with them on that process. Another wonderful opportunity I have received is the responsibility to lead/organize of our HR Service Center where our employees can go to get all the information and details they need to be a successful Workivian.
