- In my seventh year at Youth Villages, we have a small team (5) responsible for raising $1.5 million from major gifts, corporate support and foundation giving. - At Youth Villages, in seven years, I increased a stagnant fundraising revenue stream by 121%- During the FYE2020 year, I lead a team that increased revenue year over year by 33.5% during pandemic- My team has exceeded fundraising goals every year, in fiscal (FYE21) year by nearly 18% (still in pandemic) -- increasing major giving (6 figure gifts) exponentially. - In fiscal year end 2022, I led a team that surpassed their fundraising goal 5 months in advance. We exceeded our fiscal year end goal by $200,000Youth Villages is a national leader in children’s mental and behavioral health bringing help and hope to more than 25,000 children, families and young people across the United States this year. The organization offers a continuum of evidence- and research-based programs, including its two national models: Intercept, which offers intensive in-home services, and LifeSet, which gives former foster youth a good start on a successful adulthood.

Each participant in the Tennessee Home Run Derby must pay a $25 registration fee and raise an additional $125 to be eligible to compete in a qualifier. Additional fundraising earns batters bonus time in the box and signed memorabilia (bats, balls, etc) by Albert Pujols.

Responsible for all marketing activities driving the local non-profit (traditional marketing, event marketing, social media, etc). Marketing goals include attracting a corporate and private donor base that supports the $1.4 million organization and additionally recruits a volunteer workforce of approximately 2,000 executives annually to serve over 30,000 students in the Middle Tennessee market. Also responsible for the brand management of Junior Achievement, a nearly 100 year old organization in the local, Middle Tennessee market. Created and now manage Associate Board of Directors (junior board) comprised of the top young leaders in the Nashville community. Conceptualized and executed marketing plans for all lines of services and effectively oversee timelines for projects as well as lead strategic meetings.
