CurrentLead a team focused on providing support to the mortgage fulfillment division. Manage, monitor and measure the performance of queue’s and processes. Oversee coordination within the division and across all areas within PennyMac to ensure consistent and proper execution. Provide coaching to the team on how to resolve issues quickly and provide Guidance on best practice is to improve the customer experience proactively looking for opportunities to reduce escalation volume by identifying trends in providing solutions to improve the current process system or training items for the associates. Ensure title escalations are resolved within agreed upon timeliness process change ideas are implemented and influence others towards action and change. Monitor work flows to ensure service levels are met. Develop process improvements and actively seeking methods to streamline business processes and managing setting team goals.
