Manage all benefit plans and conduct annual Open Enrollment. • Collaborate with managers and executives to strategically implement organizational structure and charts for each facility and department. • Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local employment regulations, laws and guidelines, including, but not limited to EEOC, OSHA, ERISA, DOL, ADA, FLSA and FMLA. Proactively resolve employee relation concerns and complete internal investigations as necessary.• Conduct compensation analysis, implement compensation plans and prepare job descriptions for all positions throughout the Organization.
