Over the course of our campaign, teen smoking rates have dropped from 23 percent to less than 6 percent. I created authentic experiences to connect our demographic to the only tangible piece of our brand. Additionally, I aided with training our brand ambassadors (tour riders) to creatively engage one-on-one with the millions who attend those events. Below are some of my position highlights in detail: • Maintained a $2.6M yearly budget and invoice tracker.• Led logistical, creative, and budget efforts for over 370 events and/or activations.• Supervised truth's 26-person brand ambassador team to ensure on the ground efforts are on brand and meet campaign and department goals.• Researched the target demo and fashion trends to produce yearly campaign assets that include over 100K pieces of strategic promotional merchandise.• Collaborated cross-functionally with teams such as Social Media, PR, Digital, Accounting, Research, and Youth Engagement to implement projects and events.• Worked as a liaison between vendors and partners such as 72&Sunny, Livenation, Teen Vogue, Buzzfeed, Viacom, and Vans Warped Tour.
