I am a passionate Fire Protection Engineer who loves learning the science of fire. I am a registered Fire Protection Engineer and Senior Engineer of Goodhead Consulting Engineers. I manage fire and life safety evaluations of historic buildings, reviews and testing of fire protection systems, and performance-based design analyses using computer fire modeling tools and techniques. I have been involved in complex and large-scale performance-based design projects across a variety of building types, including aviation and large population buildings across the United States. I also have international experience working on large aviation and hospitality buildings in the Caribbean and Asian markets. With close to a decade of technical experience and a high attention to detail, I have developed a broad palette of project typologies and a high standard of engineering allowing myself to hone and apply a pragmatic approach to complex problem solving. Recently, I was chosen to present my research topic around building egress modeling at the Society of Fire Protection Engineers International Performance Based Design Conference held in Copenhagen, Denmark.
