Responsible for the quality of services delivered by the 50+ consultants who comprise the Ellucian technical and installation teams (Common Components Consulting Center). Primary roles are to oversee the technical services portfolio, manage team utilization and ensure client satisfaction with services delivery.Experience with ERPs (Colleague and Banner) has provided an opportunity to be involved in technical projects related to deploying ERP systems operating on SQL and Oracle with SharePoint/Liferay Portals, Reporting, ETLs, and CRM Dynamic Recruiter systems.

The ITIS Team provides the installation, migration, upgrade and technical consulting services which form a key component of Datatel implementations and projects. Technical services center around the base ERP product, User interfaces, e-Commerce, Portal, Reporting and Strategic Enrollment Management. In the last three years, I have dramatically expanded the team's capabilities and the revenue it generates for the company. Averaged 28% revenue growth, year-over-year, from 2009 through 2011. Maintained a high billable utilization rate and survey returns yielded over a 90% team client satisfaction score. Recruited and expanded the team from six to eleven in 2011 in order to scale the business. I meet frequently with team members, individually and as a team, to establish goals and ensure continuous improvement. Two staff promotions in 2010. One staff member was selected as Employee of the Quarter in 2011. All team members were TSIA certified in 2011.
