I am a business systems implementation specialist ranging from large cloud based ERP systems through to more focused systems. This covers the whole process from requirements gathering through to going live. My roles have ranged from project manager (I am both a Prince2 and Agile certified practitioner), solutions architect, business analyst and general management.My forte is interpreting business requirements and being able to translate these into solutions by combining my business and technical knowledge together with a wealth of experience from around the world. This can be within a specific application or through integration between applications.I enjoy working with people at all levels of the organisation from day to day users who are looking for an efficient process through to senior stakeholders who are focussed on corporate strategy. Listening to people and understanding what they’re looking to achieve helps find solutions that meet everyone’s objectives.I have a strong background in finance systems and strive to ensure that financial reporting objectives are achieved and that the correct controls are in place to satisfy compliance without being burdensome. My work has been in a wide range of industries particularly in the property sector working with property investors, service providers and corporates with large property portfolios including banks, government, telcos and utility companies. Other sectors include health, not for profit, primary industry and general manufacturing and distribution.I pride myself on working with the team and finding my way through challenges ranging people with conflicting agendas, technical challenges and meeting aggressive business targets.
