My role is responsible for growing, developing and managing Xero’s relationships with existing Xero Accounting & Bookkeeping Partners. This includes developing business plans with Partners to develop their online strategy and delivering events within dedicated regions to recruit, educate and grow the Xero Partner channel.

My role is responsible for growing, developing the business, managing the staff and internal operations at HWI, including leadership for the company and staff to communicate strategies from Directors to understandable objectives for staff. I also design measurement processes to ensure the above objectives are met based on KPI's set in the firm.This also includes overseeing and implementing IT Strategies within the firm and external consulting to clients regarding accounting software solutions.
