Director of Operations as the J3 in the Joint Region Marianas (JRM). Responsible for planning, programming, budgeting, integration, and execution of all operations programs in support of the region's objectives and requirements. Oversees integration of assets and manpower that supports air, land, and sea operations across 960 islands within the Indo Pacific Region.Team Chief at the National Airborne Operations Center (NAOC). Led team of joint officers and enlisted to execute a no fail 24/7 national level mission. Provided the President, the Secretary of Defense, and the Joint Chief if Staff with a survivable National Military Command System (NMCS) and Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) in order to exercise nuclear strategic deterrence. Led Operations Team as the Emergency Actions Officer (EAO) aboard the National Airborne Operations Center. Studied National Security and Strategic Studies at the US Naval War College in the Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island. Commanded and led a diverse squadron of officers and enlisted with over 20 different specialties in support of Pacific Air Force's largest bomber, fighter and tanker forward operating location base. Supported over 20,000 annual flight operations to include B-52, B-1, RQ-4, MH-60, F-35, F-22, F-15, F-16, F-18 and AMC aircraft. Oversaw management of OPLAN combat readiness while maintaining qualifications in the B-52H. Joint Experience and Naval War College as well as Command Graduate Staff College graduate. Combat experience in the B-52H.
