In my Test Engineer experience, I’ve been in charge of several laboratories like Fasteners (torque), Seats, Wheels and Fuel Testing, organizing my teamwork in order to perform validation testing according to our company procedures. In my last assignment, I leaded a multidisciplinary team including Vehicle Testing, Powertrain, CAD, Purchasing, Logistic, Finance, Civil Works, and External Supplier in order to acquire a State of the Art equipment for testing and create a new way to make testing saving a big quantity of money to the company. I reported weekly to the top management the progress and now the correlation testing for the components involve. I increased my experience as a team worker, problem solution, innovation and cost reduction.
