Main activities developed at Capital Research (brand of Red Ventures):Responsible for the creation of the entire mutual fund section at Capital Research´s website from conception to implementation.Capital research was created to provide independent and differentiated investment ideas to all investors.Furthermore, I was responsible for the recommendation, analysis and unique fund manager performance information that supported investors make the best decisions about where to place their money.The mutual fund portfolio recommendations were updated monthly through rigorous analyses that included quantitative and qualitative aspects such as (i) sourcing new managers, (ii) performing initial screening and (iii) conducting one-one meetings with asset managers.Also, I was in charge of the column “Terça Pró-Fundo” at Capital Now - a newsletter with over 50k readers.

Working on the new product development process: composing product development documentation and obtaining the required approvals for each stage of the product development process.Managed data regarding the optimisation of mutual fund structures, also dealing with ad-hoc requests by the commercial team to modify the fund's remit, as well as monitoring the current norms and regulations, and their possible impact on the Funds and/or Shareholders.Providing operation support to the investment team and other relevant teams, and performing ad hoc projects (data mining, data visualisation) as assigned by department head.
