At Soko, I was a Senior Art Director focusing on special projects for brands like Fazendo Futuro, Multi, Vivo, Stanley, and Australian Gold. I developed scripts, crafted presentation narratives, and coordinated with suppliers such as studios and photographers. I participated in brainstorms, recordings, and shootings, and mentored junior team members. The work emphasized generating PR and Earned Media, which was a significant challenge.

I primarily created integrated, digital, and social media campaigns for Sadia and Vinci Partners, from initial concept to final delivery. I closely collaborated with planning, media, and community management teams.In my daily work, I was responsible for creating storyboards, coordinating shoots, casting, directing photo productions, and actively seeking new suppliers. These tasks required a multifaceted approach and careful oversight of all aspects of the creative and production processes.

At AlmapBBDO, I primarily created for Visa and Bradesco Seguros, crafting integrated, digital, and social media campaigns from conception to final execution. I collaborated closely with planning, media, and community management teams. Day-to-day, my responsibilities included creating storyboards, overseeing shoots, casting, and guiding photo productions.

At Tribal, as a freelancer, I led the Social Media team for Santander. In this role, I was responsible for creating digital and social media campaigns from initial concept to final delivery. Under my leadership, a collaborative team including copywriters, art directors, community managers, motion designers, and videomakers worked together.Day-to-day, I took on various responsibilities such as active creation, managing team schedules, leading brainstorms, conducting client meetings, and overseeing photo shoots and recordings. This role demanded leadership and coordination skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the creative process and production dynamics.

I joined Ginga as an Art Director, a digital-first agency that became the digital arm of Fischer America in 2016. Initially focusing on creating digital and social media campaigns from conception to final execution, I contributed to enhancing the agency's production capabilities, elevating the quality of photographic and video content in the digital space. Additionally, I supervised junior creative teams and collaborated on developing high-quality, unique projects.During my tenure at Ginga, I was promoted to Creative Head, reporting directly to the Creative Director. In this role, I led a multidisciplinary team of over 12 colleagues, including art directors, copywriters, community managers, and motion designers. I took responsibility for raising the agency's quality standards, involving active creation, team management, leading brainstorms, client meetings, and directing photo shoots and recordings.This position required strong leadership and coordination skills, alongside a comprehensive understanding of the creative process and production dynamics. Throughout this journey, I had the opportunity to work with renowned brands such as Banco Original, Vigor, Avast, Nutry, Caoa Hyundai, Burger King, Bacardi Group (Bombay Sapphire, Grey Goose, Bacardi, Dewar’s, Martini), Vivo, Vigor, Faixa Azul, and Danubio.

I managed and supported a creative team of over 6 colleagues, including designers and copywriters, focusing on digital and social media at Mestiça. During that time, Mestiça was in the process of forming a dedicated digital team. Additionally, I organized and managed workflows to efficiently meet deadlines.My clients included Avis, Budget, Eurobike, International Meal Company (Carl’s Jr, Frango Assado, Viena, Red Lobster, Olive Garden).

At Digi, I served clients such as TIM, China in Box, The Fifties, Frimesa, Mattel, Nuk, Umbro, Belvedere, and Gendai. I developed advertising campaigns that integrated print, interactive, and social media elements. I conceptualized and participated in brainstorming sessions with colleagues and art directors to design solutions.
