Responsible for supervising the sales and after-sales service offered to 2,700 POCs of the On-Trade channel (Bars, Restaurants and Clubs), which account for 104,000 hL of Beer and 42,000 hL of Non-Alcoholic Beverages sales per year (US$ 21 M revenue), representing 26% of the total Ambev volume in the Vale do Itajai Region (SC, Brazil). Also responsible for Marketing initiatives in the region during key moments, such as the Carnaval and innovations launching events. Some of the key-accounts I manage: Beto Carrero World, LATAM’s biggest theme park; Green Valley, one of the best nightclubs in the world.Managed and executed the ''Orla BC'' Project, whose objective was to expand the Ambev portfolio and build brands in the Premium Bars and Sophisticated Restaurants located in the Balneário Camboriú Beach (SC, Brazil). 29 POCs had their layouts and beverage menus changed. The estimated volume uplift is 400 hL/yr and 7,5% market share gain in the region.

• Responsible for 3 indicators: Beverages Volume purchased by clients that are signed up to the Company’s Market Programs; Beverages Volume purchased by clients that have Loaned Coolers (Cooler Turnover) and Number of clients with installed Trade Marketing merchandising.• Created the Trade Marketing Dashboard, improving indicators management and visibility for the Sales Force. This tool was selected to be part of the Company's Best Practices Shelf during the Operations Audit in 2H19.• With the Trade Marketing Team, we achieved the All Time Best Result in Cooler Turnover Indicator in Porto Alegre Operation and ranked #1 Place in Brazil's Ranking in Aug/19, with 12% above the goal. • As South Region Ambassador Leader at the League 2019, I coordinated a Team of 10 Ambassadors. Between Mars and October, we organized 52 activations (Talks, Visits and Competitions) at Universities in South of Brazil, finishing #2 Place in Brazil's Sales Activations Ranking.
