As UX Researcher, I was part of a key project, where my role involved conducting in-depth user research interviews with individuals in São Paulo. This research focused on understanding user behaviors, preferences, and pain points to inform the design and improvement of Waze’s user experience. I applied various qualitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and observational studies, to gather insights that directly contributed to the refinement of Waze’s product features tailored to the local audience.In addition to my research responsibilities, I also provided customer support using the HubSpot CRM platform. I handled customer queries, resolved technical issues, and ensured smooth communication between the users and the product team. This role required strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in HubSpot’s customer management tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
