• Inauguração da UPA III Vila Maria -> Implementação de TI, instalações de kits (Máquinas, monitores e periféricos), configurações de domínio e regulamentações em setores;• Suporte em mudanças de unidades: Separação e embalagem de equipamentos da TI, alocação e adequação nos novos setores, revisão de layout e sinalizações de pendências;• Mudança do parque de impressoras, parque de tablets e configurações de ambos nas unidades;• Clipagem de cabos, manutenção de keystones e organização de cabos;• Ambiência em unidades da RASTS VMVG, para garantir a qualidade e excelência na organização e serviço de TI;• Gerenciamento de planilhas de inventário, IPs e cronograma de tarefas à serem executadas;• Suporte remoto para funcionários via ManageEngine, criação de manuais para apoio e suporte em visitas presenciais;• Acompanhamento de chamados via GLPI -> Categorização, suporte, resolução e envio para àreas especialistas quando necessário;• Acompanhamento em conjunta com times especialistas corporativos (Redes/Infra, Segurança e outros) e contato com fornecedor direto (Chamado externo, manutenção, reposição de suprimentos e etc);• Plantões aos finais de semana quando necessário suporte para unidades que são 24hrs em nossa alçada;
