Meet with current and potential international medical graduates on their next academic course and aid in the recruitment and admissions process.

Provision of feedback related to the relevance of the USMLE towards new faculty who are going through the on boarding process of teaching for Kaplan Medical. Feedback is provided verbally and written thorough Adobe classroom sessions and formstacks.

Coordination, planning and creation of Standard Operating Procedures for Medical Advising in order to be used as service flow for current and new staff members. The procedures included Identifying the types of students Kaplan Medical deals with and how to approach each educational background in order to suggest the most effective course for the student.

Provision and support to current medical students/graduates by advising, counseling, and, when appropriate, assisting them in enrolling to specific courses. Building of relationships with current and external students to help them maximize course resources as well as counseling about which med product will best meet their needs.
