Facilitating product and process development to meet budget and delivery according to the project & corporate goals and objectives.Developing Steering Wheels (PU & Leather wrapped), interior and exterior trimming parts for Nissan & Honda, delivering products for local and exportation markets.Introducing a new ERP (Manufacturing-Pro) by QAD for the entire company including the expansion on the server room allowing capacity for running all required ERP applications. Establishing the DRP (Disaster Recovery Plan) procedures.

Creating the server room, developed for continuous operations, Introducing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system from Japan for a company administration and developing the LAN for entire building including all the building expansions.Establishing product engineering department & procedures to control and administrate product design and their specifications to allow development, manufacturing, purchasing, quality and sales processes. New product development from planning stage to launch and monitoring it until 3 months production to ensure delivery, quality & cost, coordinating and execution of cross-functional teams including all related suppliers. Creating and performing procedures for IT and product / development engineering based on QS-9000 quality standard.

Developed IT systems for R&D office, specially maintaining the main integrated parts development system. Started developing the LAN (local area networks) for R&D office & leading the new R&D and purchasing building network at Toluca.
