Manager responsible for establishing in-house capabilities to build and test Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) High Voltage Power Supplies for Microwave Power Modules and establish a service and repair facility to evaluate, repair and test customer returns. Set up capability to produce high voltage power supplies in house and to undertake evaluation, analysis and repair of returned units. Involved in the design and development of switching high voltage power supplies (400 Watts to multi-kilowatt) for Traveling Wave Tubes for operation in a full mil spec environment.

• Responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements, in the radar/EW/communication/scientific field, and other microwave sub-systems.• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing/technical events;• Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets customer needs;• Assisting in the design of custom-made products with UK office;• Provide training and production support material (data sheets, white papers, etc.) for customer-base as needed;• Evaluation, troubleshoot, test and repair of TMD Technologies award winning product range of Transmitters and Amplifiers this will either be at TMD's new Baltimore facility or on customer's sites as required

Responsible for development and implementation of company’s engineering strategic plan. Direct the efforts of the production engineering team and coordinate, at the strategic and tactical levels, with other functions of the company; including resource planning.Oversee design and development of complex RF and Microwave products to specification, schedule and cost/profitability targets.

Responsible for designing, developing, and validating TWT Amplifiers (TWTAs), High-Voltage Power Supplies (HVPS) for production line. Prepared documentation for new manufacturing processes and engineering procedures, adhering to established document control processes and procedures. Developed, controlled and reported on project costs, resource management and schedules. Provided technical and administrative oversight to ensure compliance with conduct of engineering program requirements.
