Responsible for establishing the Engineering department in the newly created Operating Unit and structuring the following main areas within the department: High Voltage Testing, Process Engineering, Component Engineering, Tooling Design and Chemical Laboratory.- Technology Transfer to the new Operating Unit with cooperation from other Operating Units and the Center of Technology.- Homologation of Hydrogenerator product lines and respective manufacturing equipment before start of commercial operation. - Suport on Quality initiatives like Root Cause Analysis, FMEA (Failure Mode Analysis), Operational Excellence program. - Technical Analysis at project Offer phase.

As a Process Engineer I have worked in the following areas/topics in the manufacturing:- Stator bars and coils for VPI.- Rotor poles and stator core lamination.- Quality requirements for electrical components (Inspection and Test Plan).- Contact with materials suppliers for troubleshooting and developments.- Electrical testing requirements knowledge.- Equipments comissioning and set up for stator bars manufacturing.- Conducted 6 Sigma Projects / Kaizen.

-Support on the manufacturing of eledctrical components for Asia market.- Qualification of new technology for tooling devices for higher insulation Voltage.- Assisting on the new manufacturing technology for rotor bars.- Support and training of Process Engineers in the manufacturing process of electrical components.

Generator manufacturing process standardization for all Operating units in the group.- Coordination of the initiative for Harmonization of Generator Technical documents within the other Operating Units.- Periodic Organization of Workshops with the other Operating Units.
