My role in Nelogica was to maintain and develop new functionalities for a desktop professional cryptocurrency trading platform developed in Delphi, improving the customer experience, facing a new challenge everyday. Every week I delivered or optimized functionalities and reviewed other colleagues' activities and merge requests. My main project was to remodel the ChartTrading for both Profit and Vector products, a core functionality that is used by 95% of active users on the plataform.

I started at SAP as an Intern for the vocational training program. Initially, I worked at the HCM North America scrum team, where i learnt the basics of HCM, ABAP and the R/3 usage, also, SAP Processes. My role was as a developer in an L2 support team and I helped to maintain the program following customer incidents, backlogs and legal changes. After eight months, I joined Custom Development also as an intern, where I could work in the Deal Capture project for the Oil and Gas industry, also working with SAP ABAP, CDS Views and BOPF. Then, six months later, I was hired as a FTE in the HCM Spain scrum team, where I worked until I left the company. This is where I could develop my knowledge of SAP HCM, Payroll and ABAP even more.My main job was to work close to Customers, POs and LPMs to maintain the Spain localization for HCM, through customer incidents and backlogs. Then, I became the expert for HCM Spain Public Sector (HCMPSE) and was the responsible for the topic. Also, For the last one year and a half at the HCM Spain Scrum Team, I was the Scrum Master for the team, altogether with being the software developer expert for HCMPSE.

My role in Accera involved direct customer support, helping to integrate more distribution centers to our platform. My job was to do the first contact of the company with the customers, helping them to configure and validate the files that were sent to our platform, also, contacting the person responsible for their ERP, that would be commonly where the data for the files were generated. Also, I helped less experienced people that were coming to the team in explaining their role and the technical parts of the job. I was picked as one of the best performers in the customer service team, and was honored to be invited and be part of the GPTW 2015 event, with other colleagues and the leadership team.
