Rafael has been a professional in the field for over eight years. He brings four years of experience in external audit from one of the Big Four audit firms, where one of his key engagements involved auditing the shared service center of a logistics company based in Singapore. He also participated in a consultancy engagement in Brunei, focusing on the transition from outdated revenue accounting practices to the latest revenue accounting standards.Following these accomplishments, Rafael is now a member of the Settlement Accounting team, where he oversees the review and management of accounting reconciliations and month-end closing activities, alongside his direct reports. He also participates in project management, where he reviews User Acceptance Testing (UAT) validation, provides feedback to the Project Management Office (PMO) on any issues encountered, and drives the resolution of these issues.He is known for thriving in a team-oriented environment, where his collaborative approach and leadership skills contribute to achieving team objectives.
