Responsible for 13+ direct reports and the integration and development of the new Composite Wing production system. Direct support all CWC Senior Leadership and Director of Operations.Responsible for the integration and establishment of the Industrial Engineering team within the Composite Wing Center, including the Stringer, Panel, Spar and Shared Common Assets team; including Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV's), Overhead Cranes, Ultrasonic Knife cutting machine and Autoclaves. Developed and promoted process improvement activities, advanced scheduling tools, the use of Simulation to help understand and integrate all commodities at rate, support the implementation efforts of a Smarter Factory System and other strategies to help align the Composite Wing Center business strategies and goals.Responsible for the Composite Wing Center Rate Ramp up analysis on staffing, equipment, and machinery, in conjunction with Equipment Engineering and Operations.

Direct support to all Emergent Operations Everett/ Renton Business Operations Strategies and support to all Airplane Programs, including 737, 747, 767, 777, 777X and 787; including Boeing South Carolina (BSC).Report to Senior Managers of Emergent Operations, responsible for developing and executing integrated business plans that include staffing, budgets, work statement capacity, standard procedures and technical strategies; that enhance business performance and provides reliable Airplane Program customer support. Currently lead and manage a team of 30+ people including Industrial Engineers, Project Manager, Staffing Analysts, Lean Practitioners, Blanket Shop- Upholstery (IAM Mechanics), Employee Involvement (EI) Facilitators, Safety Focal and Airplane Mechanics shop personnel.With the goal to strengthen the Emergent Operations Everett/ Renton's Organizational health and linkage to our airplane program and other Manufacturing Business Units (MBU's), led and helped implement a new organizational structure/ Business Plan that included innovative goals for the Industrial Engineering, Lean, Employee Involvement and Business Operations group.

Effectively utilized the 777 Cross-functional Lean Value Stream Team approach to Project Manage teams that focused on Lean qualities including improving quality, reducing flow and creating stability of the products and processes; in order to enable each commodity or engineering team to meet or exceed the 777 Program targets and challenges.Lean Project Managed a variety of engineering teams by understanding their entire current and future process flows; that is, from initial customer engagement to delivery of the aircraft and post-delivery service, ensuring an effective Employee Involvement (EI); to create a culture where each team member (at all levels and skill codes), contributes as a valuable and key member of our high performing work team.Helped teams achieve completing of projects that focus specifically on flow, quality and stability; by working hand-in-hand with them, by motivating and inspiring them, by listening to each team members opinion and thoughts; by understanding their issues and guiding them with the help of other leaders and champions. Worked and collaborated with internal and external suppliers, to improve part ordering, part packaging, transportation, and delivery; thus enabling Boeing and suppliers to Lean out their current process, reduce waste, reduce part damages, lost parts, and generate cost-saving improvements.

Analyzed the Payloads group current workforce capacity and update the Engineering Drawing Release Look-Ahead Analysis Charts; in efforts to meet compliance with the Federal Aviation Agency (FAA) regulations on the Drawing Review and Approval Process. Implemented a Capacity Planning and Resource Tool (a project management tool), to create a standard workflow and properly manage engineering events and resources.Created, defined and implemented a Capacity Planning and Resource Tool within several engineering teams; in order to create visibility of future workloads (Statement of Work)10X Focal, leading the implementation of Boeing's Lean 10X strategies within my Work Flow Management team, facilitating a series of workshops regarding the general rules and guidelines of the 10X principles, reducing flow and improve throughput.

Defined and developed the Industrial Engineering/ Process Analyst role within the Engineering Capacity & Scheduling Team, identifying root causes for a large number of engineering process and procedures.

Teaching Mathematics for Liberal Arts where students explored the essential elements of, and effective approaches to, problem-solving. The class consists of teaching problem-solving techniques to help equip each student with the right mindset, disposition, and skills to effectively progress through the course content. Topics include problem solving techniques in algebra, geometry, consumer applications, probabilities and statistics. Course outcomes include: Define basic mathematical properties, the use numeration systems and their application; Solve mathematical equations and Analyze basic attributes and applications of mathematical functions.As an Adjunct Professor, helped clarify problems, remove problem solving road-blocks, instructing by utilizing real-life examples and providing assessments and group chats to help each student successfully learn and achieve a passing grade.
