Responsibilities:• Monitoring and controlling of CCTVs• Encoding the status(of what cameras are active and not) of the CCTVs• Answering calls thru telephone about the concerns, complaints and emergency call• Dispatching units thru radio• Monitoring and controlling traffic lights • Encoding reports of the personnel
