Im an ambitious individual with 3 years experience as a door supervisor. Within this time period I have worked: on the doors, been a head doorman for 2 years, festivals, retail and sports events. Through these experiences, I have developed effective strategies for conflict management, communicating effectively meanwhile maintains a firm, but fair approach and developing an effective leadership style which empowers and equips my team to provide the level of service and security required. Similarly, I play 5 instruments, I have travelled to 27 countries, I have completed 2 summer construction placements as a trainee construction project manager and serve my community through charity work at my church.
