With over a decade of hands-on experience in managerial roles within bars, brasseries, restaurants, and event management, as well as co-founding a restaurant in Geneva, I gained a wealth of knowledge and built an extensive industry network. My most recent role as an operations manager in a microbrewery startup provided invaluable firsthand experience in fermentation, production, and the introduction of innovative products to the market. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in cultivating a loyal customer base, further solidifying my expertise in the industry.
