*Provide analysis, design and drawing of various structures using different programs*Conduct Periodic Struction Inspection (PSI) and Certificate of Supervision (COS)*Prepare investigation and assessment reports for Periodic inspection of buildings*Supervise submission works to BCA such as ST submission, LTA NParks, URA and SCDF*Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the PE

•Provide precast structural drawings 3D and 2D full scale model using BIM softwares such as Tekla Structures, Planbar, AutoCAD, Revit•Assist Structural Engineer to coordinate & build the model building elements•Coordinate with consultants and other trades representatives to resolve clashes / interfacing issues•Manage and deliver appropriate visuals (VDC) and shop drawing to support construction works

•Use BIM software to create precast drawings and ensure accuracy of documents based on Housing and Development Board (HDB) standard.•Make necessary changes in drawings as per comments given by project and construction team•Manage and deliver appropriate visuals and shop drawings to support construction works.

• Work includes loading calculation, structural analysis, 3D and 2D full scale model of steel framed structures using Japan Design Standards• Estimates, both steel weight and construction cost estimates• Provides structural drawings and details that will be used in structural detailing section

• Provide structural drawings 3D and 2D full scale model, analysis and design, foundation design, cost estimates using design software and programs• Learn principle in designing structures using The Building Standard Law of Japan• Study Japanese Language and their culture• Site inspection on different prefectures in Japan
