Revise all facilities approved before disbursement and ensure that customers met all conditions precedents to drawdown; Ensure that all fees and commissions are charged in time; Monitor all Dormant/Inactive accounts; Monitor Non-Performing Loans; Provide Credit Reports to Central Bank and the Group Credit Committee; Supervise the Credit before and after disbursement; Monitor Relationship Officers and Recovery Team to ensure positive results on reduction of NPL ratio; Ensure that all collateral are in place and work in collaboration with Legal to perfect the mortgages.

Bring new customer / business to the Bank and maintain the existing customers;Ensure customer’s satisfaction providing high quality service and deliver response in time; Guarantee that the Branch achieves the Bank’s target, namely: profitability, Deposit Budget, Average of product utilization per customer (Liability; Credit; E-Banking; Payment and collections; Trade; Fx’s; etc); Monitor all Dormant / Inactive accounts; Monitor Non Performing Loan Ration and more; Ensure that all staffs follow the police and procedures of the Bank; Ensure that all operations are done according to Central Bank and country Polices
