Responsibilities:- Management of relationships with national and international suppliers.- Handling administrative requests with suppliers, such as order requests, purchase orders, credit notes, and shrinkage.- Stock management, including coordination of logistics for product importation and nationwide delivery.- Receipt of orders and maintenance of orderliness in the sales room and stock warehouses.Support in database management, review and maintenance of the website (WordPress), and technical support for the company's computers.Achievements:- Decreased stockouts, which has led to increased sales and improved customer loyalty and satisfaction.- Strengthened relationships and constant communication with suppliers, resulting in improved payment conditions with many of them.

Responsibilities:- Completion of invoices and purchase orders as per requirements.- Preparation of sales and purchase books for tax returns.- Organization of the sales room and warehouse, as well as stock replenishment in the sales room.- Support with the management of customer requests, such as quotations, invoices, and products on request.- Assembling packages for shipment and delivery of products.
