● Experience with TPS (Toyota Production System) tools such as Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, Hansei (Lesson Learned Card - LLC), Andon, Just-in-time, Genchi Genbutsu, Kanban, Muda / Muri / Mura and Genba; ● Experience in process activities such as line balancing (applying Muda / Muri / Mura), production chronoanalysis, process mapping, contact with suppliers and development of control/automation devices, general assembly line documentation (process sheet, PFMEA, Control Plan and the integration between all of these for audits); ● Advanced experience with production control devices such as vision sensors, light barriers, presence sensors and poka-yokes in general; ● Responsible for solution with +/- 60% productivity gain in an automated assembly line with Kuka robotic arm; ● Direct participation in operator training, balancing and assembly line optimization with a gain of +/- 50 seconds per part, going from 640 to 590 seconds of total time per part assembled; ● Responsible for retrofitting of a GMV automotive component balancing machine (electric motor), to meet the company's standards. Monitoring from development to equipment validation. GEM-GM Project; ● Implementation of a gross leak test system in 5 production lines of the HVAC (air conditioning) automotive component. From development to factory validation; ● Direct participation in the preparation and monitoring of Run at Rate event with the client, to validate the cadence of the HVAC GEM-GM assembly line; ● Go-Live of the “eWS” project validated and performed successfully, in the Key-User role; ● Full experience in managing resources in all projects in which I was involved, controlling their budget; ● Responsible for ACAC (Air Cooler) assembly line Run at Rate with customer. ● Active participation in the development and implementation of two assembly lines for the HVAC (air conditioning) automotive component. From the definition of the means of production to its construction, validation and start of production; ● Responsible for implementing tooling for new versions of a product in an existing Assembly Module of the automotive component GMV (electric motor), initial contact with the supplier and full development of the solution; ● Direct acting in several important project milestones, such as Design Freeze, Tool Go and Off Tool Off Process; ● Experience in Ergonomic Analysis as a pilot on some assembly lines, I have general knowledge about the analysis points, such as load weight to be lifted, way the load is being handled and ideal angle of arms, spine and neck in repeating operations; ● Autonomous to manage all stages of a project, such as process documentation (process sheet, process parameters, flowchart, PFMEA, production release), production validation, relationship with suppliers, process control and creation of fixed assets; ● Experience with Project Management tools such as IProM; ● Experience with process-related transactions in SAP; ● Knowledge in Mixed Reality solutions (VR - Industry 4.0). ● Pilot in the implementation of an Industry 4.0 Production Management System (eWS), for the HVAC Automotive Component Assembly Line (GEM Project - GM);
