Thanks to a team of high professionals, I have established an exclusive partnership with Atos Origin India (now ATOS), for our development center in India, strengthening the overall IS performance and efficiency.- It has helped us to regularly reduced our overall IT costs while widening the scope of our responsibility, by integrating in our budget engineering and telephony domains for example.While improving service delivered, despite decreasing our overall IT spending, we were able to manage various critical projects like : · Development of a new data enter based in Singapore with full technology refresh program (HP Blade, SSD Drives, Data Domain Replication device, Riverbed appliances) in order to target full virtualization of FCI systems (ERP included)- Virtualization of all FCI applications, first, in our former US data center and their transfer to our new data center based in Asia (more than 200 VM were created for all FCI needs, validated and transferred in less than 15 months)· During this project, all applications were upgraded to their latest release, to comply with latest servers firmware. For example, old EDI systems was replaced with latest Sterling Integrator's solution, Oracle Internet portal and IBM (Commergent) catalog were migrated to the latest version without any incident.- Some ERP were upgraded to the latest release and fully virtualized in our new data center in Asia. · Improved network performance (and contain cost) by integrating Riverbeds equipments on all sites, · Deployed Data replication across two continents to feed our "Disaster Recovery" data center in real time.Over the last six years, I had the opportunity to manage two new companies integration (Smartag and Anytek) and I participated to the divestiture and transfer of four FCI divisions (Military and Aerospace, Electrical, Microconnection and Automotive) to new owners like Souriau (Private Equity), Burndy (Strategic), Lynxens (Private equity) and Delphi.

After two years in the USA, I came back to support FCI CIO. In that role, I was managing all global projects, and interface with Areva IT executives board.After one year, I was offered to lead the entire FCI IS organization, on behalf of our CEO Jean Lamy, to finally be promoted as FCI CIO.

Relocated during two years in Etters (PA) USA, I took over local IT responsibility and developed IS Global Business System Manager position, for the Electronics division reporting functionally to the General Manager of the Business. Established a strategic IS road-map introducing new systems like Global Pricing and Contracts management, Design Registration and Online Quotation based on Model N value revenue management solution (previously known as Azerity).Introduce division master data management and key business data element synchronization across all ERP databasesContribute to the creation, and training of FCI development team in india in order to have an efficient development team at a competitive cost, while functional analysis was kept locally.

Lead the Optimized Supply Chain & Advance Reactivity project (OSCAR) for FCI division's achieving a common chart of account and data dictionary rolled out in all ERP around the world. This project lasted two years, and has involved many business representatives, and consultants from Accenture and QAD across the world but was successfully rolled out internally due to the economic situation (internet bubble) Sites not using QAD ERP, MFG Pro 9.0 were either upgraded or have their system replace by standard group solution and company setup. Introduce Master Data management responsibility within FCI and have this group hand over to the Quality organization

Join DIM in October 1999. At this time, 3 systems were reporting sales and inventory, and none of them were having coherent results endangering supply chain project.During 6 months we had to reconcile, enhance and stabilize billing and inventory interface (1 million transaction per months) before we can upgrade MFG Pro from 7.3 version to 9.0. Manage Year 2000 conversion, and French Francs to Euro transition for all manufacturing sites in Europe.Implement MFG Pro interface between automatic laser cutting system, and MFG Pro to minimize manual model placement (time efficiency), and minimize scrap (saving).

In charge of Chalon sur Saone manufacturing site, for all applications related to Building 20 (coating) and Building 21 (chemical emulsion). Has developed and implemented defect quality transaction, scanner interface. IT project manager for Statistical process Control deployment at European level (Harrow and Chalon sur Saone manufacturing site)IT Project manager of Global Supply Chain initiative (OASIS) deployed in every manufacturing site of Kodak, and for a year was part of the worldwide support group from Forth Collins Colorado. Took over, on call team support for all Chalon sur Saone manufacturing sites (all departments) and finally take the overall responsibility of maintenance application portfolio for Europe
