Worked on some innovative engineering problems designed to increase the scope of what the Analytics team worked on.After achieving key goals around increasing the observability of data pipelines and building reusable components used for pipelines I worked on some innovative projects around supporter analysis. Using Neo4j and graph databases to understand supporter networks and how effective some Movember participants are in activating supporters.

As HotDoc’s Data Scientist, I ensured business units get the facts, figures, and insights they need to get their jobs done. I created value out of data by proactively collating varied information sources, analysing it for better understanding about how the business performs, and provided actionable insights to both meet current business objectives and predict and overcome future challenges.

As a Data Analyst, I was recruited for a project to develop the Business Intelligence and Reporting capabilities of the Victorian School building authority. This involved me using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI to create visualization and dashboards of key information• documented reporting requirements developed data models and ETL scripts in service of developing the capabilities of VSBA• Successfully pitching a proof of concept for increased investment in the department’s analytics capabilities.

As part of the Marketing & Fundraising leadership team, I was tasked with developing fundraising strategy with the aim of growing the Regular Giving program at Oaktree.• Over a period of 6 months, I oversaw the regular giving program and achieved a 40% increase in revenue from the program maintaining a 260% ROI.• Leveraged the use of supporter data and enhanced the capabilities of the CRM to build supporter segment profiles and effective targeted campaigns

Worked in a help desk environment where I was the first point of support for technical and operational support.Performed onboarding of new partners and provided customer support, which required a thorough knowledge of the organisation business processes and heavy use of its CRM system. Contributed in regular team meeting where we discussed targets, assessed the effectiveness of processes and designed strategies to achieve success.Consistently met KPIs for customer engagement and satisfaction.
