Project Axispoint:Delivery Team Lead working with both Developers and QAs supporting them on deliveries and to delight our customers.Responsible for identifying growth opportunities on each individual in order to bring them closer to the professionals they want to become, on their career path.All of these aligned with e-Core values along with both personal and customer needs.In parallel I'm a Senior QA Analyst working with my Direct Reporters and the client, where as a QA on an Agile project, I'm responsible by executing Manual (mainly functional) testing by, analyzing requirements, writing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, identifying Regression and/or Automation candidates, actively participate on Grooming/Planning sessions to bring the QA perspective to the whole group.Always looking forward to improve the overall quality of the product by identifying gaps and opportunity areas on the overall process of the Agile Development Team specially in QA, in order add more value to the Product.Project Transamerica:Working as QA Lead of a project inside Transamerica.Key responsibilities:-Develop/run/maintain the Manual/Functional Test Plans and Test Cases up to date along with any other tasks a Senior QA Analyst.-Responsible for the team's Daily Meeting and other Rituals acting close to as a Scrum Master.-Responsible for 3 to 4 QAs having 1x1s for their development and objectives alignment, managing QA team's tasks and also working with the Account Lead on administrative tasks regarding the whole QA Team.
