Responsible for testing web applications for tourism agencies executing functional testing based on required client customization.-On business side, our testing was intended to guarantee that any user could perform a reservation of a flight ticket, without impediments and having their personal information, like Credit Card numbers, encrypted and safe of security attacks.-Create SQL scripts to compare results on screen with the recorded on DB ones, working with SQL Server and Oracle.-Negotiate testing scope and give estimate of the testing effort to the client in weekly meetings.-Reporting issues to development team using Mantis as reporting tool.-Introduced Kanban to the process for testing with our Scrum Master, then our supervisors liked the idea and implemented for other teams. This was needed due to the team structure where I was the only QA for seven Developers. So in a two week sprint was needed to implement some tool to track the progress of Dev and QA effort.
