Project Manager for Capital and Expense Pipeline Projects.

Responsible for all project engineering functions on midstream growth and maintenance capital projects. Responsibilities consists of up-front estimating and facilities planning, development of AFE’s, managing compression, gas plant and pipeline projects from conception to in-service, oversight of engineering and construction contractors and inspection personnel. Additionally, provide support to field midstream operations, run simulation programs to determine necessary facilities and equipment, the most viable economic alternative to maximize company's profit.

Responsible for project duties to the Project Manager, responsible for implementing engineering procedures and maintaining the required standards of technical quality in the project specifications and the development of deliverable documents. Oversee design calculations, sizing of vessels, rotary equipment, technical specifications, datasheets, specialty items list, and off skidded equipment list. Review schedules of work, technical man-hour allocations and programs of technical work for the project for each discipline involved, in conjunction with the appointed Lead Engineers. Advise the Project Manager of all technical matters which require his attention and bringing to his notice all contractual and commercial matters which arise in the course of the technical work. Keep the Project Manager informed of significant difficulties encountered on the Project concerning technical aspects of the work or the availability or quality of resources of technical staff or equipment. Initiate MOC process for all changes in scope or schedule.

Responsible for the Project Management, design, procurement, and installation of production facilities(sweet and sour service), water injection stations, CO2 gathering systems, CO2 & water system upgrades (WAG), CO2 recovery and re-injection, water treatment and disposal systems and rotary equipment for the Frontier RMT and the WassonClearfork RMT in West Texas. Facilities Advisor for all outside-operated assets, recently acquired properties, and potential acquisitions. Inter-phase engineer between Reservoir/Production engineers and field operations for the planning and execution of drilling programs. Other responsibilities, implement Management-of-Change (MOC's) and Pre-Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR's) for all field equipment changes and new construction. Plan projects and budgets to up-grade and automate existing production facilities. Coordinate equipment construction and installation with field personnel. Develop yearly CAPEX and OPEX budgets for production areas.

Perform line sizing calculations per API 14E, S.A.F.E. charts per API 14C, HAZID and HAZOP, estimate skid weights, develop Process Flow Diagrams, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams. Provide support on construction sites as mechanical inspector, witness flushing and hydro-tests, and piping restoration per client's specifications.

Responsible for calculations, design, drafting, and field work estimates of HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial and institutional buildings. Responsible for generation of demolition and new construction plans, verification and implementation of City and State Ventilation codes.
