About Rafael Moleron
Dr Moleron graduated from the University of Granada in 2003 and completed his training as a clinical oncologist in Hospital Puerta de Hierro in Madrid in 2008, meanwhile, he underwent doctoral studies at the Universidad Autonoma de Madrid. He worked as a consultant in Hospital Ramon y Cajal and Hospital Puerta de Hierro-Majadahonda (Spain).Since 2014, Dr Moleron has been a consultant clinical oncologist subspecialising in head and neck cancer and neuro-oncology in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. From April 2017 to August 2020 he has been Service Clinical Director for Oncology and from August 2020, Unit Clinical Director for Oncology, Haematology and Outpatients. Dr Moleron has a special interest in advance radiotherapy techniques and clinical research.
