At Foresta (NZ), I lead the procurement and supply chain of sustainable biomass products for the company's new factory, which manufactures torrefied pellets and wood-based chemicals as a replacement for coal and petrochemicals. I work with suppliers and contractors to ensure the quality, quantity, and delivery of raw materials, while managing the budget, reporting, and compliance of the supply operations, following the best practices and standards of the industry. I have a strong background and passion for Biology, Building and Construction, and Project Management, with a Bachelor's degree in each of these fields, and a Master's degree in Project Management from USP/Esalq. I have over three years of experience as a Project Manager and Site Foreman at MGK Homes & Astoria Development, where I completed projects under budget and time, saved costs and resources, and improved the company culture and relationships. I am a fast learner, a strategic leader, and a team player, who values health and safety, communication, and innovation.
