As a Technical Recruiter one of my responsibilities is to find Software Engineers using different sources, not just for “hunting”, but attracting potential candidates. Sourcing and increasing my network takes almost 60% of my week. Interviewing and partnering with clients and candidates is as important as implementing sourcing strategies.Currently, all openings I am working on are for Software Engineers (Front-end, Backend, Full-stack, DevOps, SDT, among others).

I worked as a customer service representative for the French, American, and Argentinian markets having to communicate in three different languages. My main responsibilities were ticket sales, flight changes, fare difference calculations, handling VIP customers, assistance to travelers all around the world, and assistance to travel agencies ​​using Amadeus and Saber systems, zendesk CRM, and many internal company tools to deliver the best solutions.

I served as a customer service officer for the French and Canadian markets giving support to the Microsoft Xbox 360 console. My achievements in this work were to obtain the best quality scores in personalizing calls, continuous positive results at the time of evaluations which led to me being promoted to QA (Quality assurance) of the sector. At this point, I was asked to help as a human resources assistant leading the interviews of candidates who were applying for positions with the French language as a requirement.
