I am responsible for all activities related to occupational health and safety at Brazil level within DuPont. As an EHS leader, I develop all the procedures implemented in the units I manage, reviewing and analyzing each detail in loco, in addition to managing the company's PSM, where preventive analysis tools are used for all processes and equipment within the laboratories. I perform quantitative / qualitative analysis tests for the preparation of mandatory documents (PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT, PPP, PCA, PCR, PERG, among others). I also manage / stratify the deviation control tools of the units, launches in the Federal / Civil Police system of controlled chemicals, preparation and presentation of the Safety Meeting material, including, within this process, compliance with regulatory standards, for reduction of deviations and awareness of the teams in question. I also manage a system called ETQ, aimed at the investigation of accidents leading this whole process, in addition to being a specialist in the study of the root and cause tree. (I point out that I am responsible for a unit that is more than 40 years old without lost time accidents). I am also responsible for the elaboration and monitoring of the Permits' salaries, which are the responsibility of the CETESB, IBAMA, CIVIL / FEDERAL POLICIES, and the waste control management of the units, also responsible for developing materials and training the teams, in the NBR 14725 Standards and the NR26, related to chemical products and signaling. I manage the technicians in loco, following the management controls of the documentation of the contracted companies / providers, integration of new employees / contractors, development of mandatory training, control of HHT (Hours Men Worked), monitoring of the handling actions of the deviations found and all internal procedures of each unit / laboratory

Responsible for the entire safety process with the team of dry cargo, irrigation and mechanic truck drivers. Work performed with excellence, low accident level and quality work delivery.
