Build and manage marketing strategies focused on Small and Medium Business in South America. Engage internal stakeholders to develop and support the implementation of innovative go-to-market strategies while influencing the culture of digitalization inside the company by creating digital products, solutions, and campaigns. Manage business KPIs, using data analysis tools and dealing with a wide range of data to understand customer behavior and needs to develop account plans to improve sales channel performance. Implement customer experience improvements, analyzing all steps of customer relationship, from awareness to loyalty. Act as a PO for eight e-commerce platforms of different industries to implement marketing and sales strategies.

Develop marketing and sales strategies focused on SMBs through the implementation of innovative business models (e-commerce, logistic service partner, digital-hybrid model, partnership with strategic distributors, and others). Guarantee the execution of these strategies for the markets of Personal and Home Care, Decorative Paintings, Automotive Paintings, Footwear, Pet Care, Engineering Plastics, and others, managing the priorities of the squad and developing marketing and sales plans, including hunting of customers, communication, engagement plans and loyalty programs. Promote Sustainability inside the organization and with customers using digital tools.

Job rotation in different areas of the company:- Customer Experience Team: development of outer loop management tool using MS Planner. Support the implementation of projects to improve customer experience. Engagement of focal points and sales teams into running NPS research campaigns;- Human Resources: development of an Employee Experience approach plan to the employee journey, involving all HR areas to improve experience points of contact from attraction to retention;- Distribution Management: development of sales and engagement campaigns to resellers and distributors using digital tools to strengthen partnerships, promote innovation and boost sales.- Digital Products: development of performance panels dashboards to monitor and analyze the main KPIs of decorative paintings e-commerce.

Support product innovation projects in Latin America. Development and suggestion of improvements to products of Home Care industry using customer insights. Lead a product launch project in Bolivia.

Welcome and support international students, engaging and integrating them to the university community by promoting cultural events and activities.

Apply continuous improvement strategies and actions to machines and processes on manufacture line using Six Sigma approach.
