Answering calls from End Users, Electrical Installers, and Solar Retailers/Distributors with product or technical installations questions regarding SolarEdge products; Determining the best strategies for claims or faults that are not common or not straight forward; Process Warranty claims for SolarEdge Solar Inverters, Power Optimizers and Monitoring Platforms, receiving customer complaints and responding accordingly; Control Service Management tools to create and maintain Service cases; Support training activities for customers and internally; Working with the other technical support engineers, product managers and repair centers to develop new processes for best practice.
