- Over than 23 years of working experience in operation and management Sourcing and Procurement, mainly in IT market.- Experience in management Shared Services (Facilities, Security, Maintenance, Supplies, Travel and Con-struction).- Skilled in supporting team with agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban and SAFe).- Strong ability to build and work with collaborative and engaged team.- Ability to manage complex conflicts and deal with internal clients and suppliers.- Organization, control and optimization of processes and procedures for audits.- Responsible for defining, negotiate and contracts new Billing and CRM platforms.- Professional fluence in English and Spanish.
