Executive Officer (XO), Company C (Air Assault):-Successfully deployed and redeployed 168 Marines and Sailors along with over $6,500,000 of weapons and equipment to Kuwait, Bahrain, and the Philippines as a part of the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (11TH MEU)-Hand-selected by Battalion Commander as one of three Battalion Landing Team (BLT) representatives to deploy ahead of the main force of over 1,000 Marines and Sailors and serve as a liaison to the crisis response force on the ground at the Hamid Karzai International Airport in Afghanistan-Planned and coordinated over 300 hours of training (urban combat, medical training, and live-fire events) for four different Marine Corps units aboard an Army training center in Kuwait-Awarded the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation MedalPlatoon Commander, Company C (Mechanized Infantry):-Graduated The Basic School in the top 5% of class, earning distinction on the Commanding General’s Honor Roll and Meritorious Career Designation-Selected by instructors to lead peers as one of two Platoon Commanders during the Marine Corps’ Infantry Officers Course 1-20 -Designed and implemented a battlefield circulation tracker later used by Army Units during Operation Guardian Support

-Responsible for managing the workflow across teams in order to ensure on-time project completion-Designed and built digital wireframes of A.R.C.-Response desktop software-Implemented goal-based milestone tracker that was used across the business-team, development-team, and technology team to maintain synchronization

-Collaborated with the Community Partnerships Unit to consolidate the Partner Asset Management System (database system containing over 5,000 community building partners)-Optimized the PAMS database system to maximize network storage space (50% reduction in file size)-Converted crime data into interactive maps that identified deficiencies in community in local community services

-Created an online resource map of over 1,000 services offered by community based organizations (CBOs) in New York City. Map was published in Mayor’s Office Report “Safety with Dignity”-Coordinated Leadership Team Meetings between 110 governmental and non-governmental agencies-Presented the resource map to the Leadership Team and to the Executive ADA at the New York County District Attorney’s Office

-Headed a group of 20 college and high school students who worked with gifted elementary school students -Acted as the liaison between the students, faculty, and the staff

-Mentored and prepared a group of gifted students ranging from the fifth to the sixth grade for the rigors independent schools as they transitioned from underperforming public schools in New York City.
